Welcome to Noodles. Owners Lee and Barbara Jamison are on hand to greet you on arrival and ensure that your visit will be memorable. They are supported by a "waitstaff that is upbeat and welcoming" (N.Y. Times) and "so polite and accommodating they'd turn back flips if you asked" (Hartford Courant).

Since 1992 Noodles has earned it's reputation by focusing on the details that are often overlooked. Noodles is a neighborhood hangout where friends and families gather to unwind, to relax, to celebrate or simply enjoy each others company.

The scene is comfortable with oak stained waincoating, soft lighting, hanging quilts (Barbara's), antique area maps and well spaced booths and tables. A hutch doubles as a wine display and toybox for the kids.

The lounge area is bright and cheery where diners may enjoy a micro brew, sample one of more than fifteen wines by the glass, indulge in a Noodles Margarita or sip on a chilled Cosmopolitan. Join the fun during the playoffs rooting on your favorite teams or just stop by for a quick bite and some conversation.

Noodles offers a diverse selection of craveable foods that are "extremely well-prepared, all at a price that makes a decent bottle of wine possible." (Hartford Business Review) The menu is ala carte and most noodle dishes come in two sizes to accommodate every appetite. Chef Gilbert and his crew prepare "innovative pasta dishes and great homemade desserts" (New London Day).
